After forming the Gottesman Chapin Group with Sam Chapin in 2015, Dan & Sam have sold over $400,000,000. They were among the top 1% of Engel & Volkers brokers worldwide with 2021 sales of $55,000,000.

Dan’s extensive background in residential and multi-family properties gives his clients extreme confidence when purchasing their next home. Growing up on Mercer Island and later attending the University of Washington has made Dan a market specialist and an expert in high-end luxury real estate. Dan and his wife, Tara, have a blended family with four daughters.

Since age 19, Dan has been an avid real estate investor and developer in Seattle’s University of Washington district. He currently owns and manages a large portfolio of residential and multi-family buildings there.
