After forming the Gottesman Chapin Group with Sam Chapin in 2015, Dan & Sam have sold nearly $500,000,000 in luxury homes. As part of Engel & Völkers elite Private Office Advisor Group, they are consistently among the top 1% of Engel & Völkers brokers worldwide every year. Dan & Sam sold the highest priced property that traded in Washington State in 2025 — $26,000,000. Though many of their listings are waterfront, they treat all listings with the same level of dedication and professionalism.

Dan’s extensive background in residential and multi-family properties gives his clients extreme confidence when purchasing their next home.
